Volunteer opportunity description
The Bridge is looking to include an employee directory; an in and out board (to see who is logged into the system and who is not); an agency calendar (e.g. team, committee, program schedules); a directory to their human resources information (e.g., personal holidays, agency holidays, explanation of medical benefits, job postings); a directory to their human resources forms (e.g. time sheets, expense reimbursement forms); board of directors information; and program forms for its “Crisis Team.” This project will allow the Bridge to track all of this information, which will make for a more efficient process for the staff and volunteers.
Volunteers will determine what The Bridge would like included in an employee portal from the proposed list, create an outline of the proposed portal, and then create an outlet to the proposed portal.

Volunteers must have knowledge in website design and they must have skills in basic database design. We are also looking for a volunteer to serve as a project manager. The employee portal will help The Bridge with their daily routines in the office and in the field. This project will last 3 months and will require about 2 hours per week, much of which can be done remotely.

We need volunteers who are free at these times
