Description & History

The mission of the AIDS Foundation of Chicago is to lead the fight against HIV/AIDS and improve the lives of people affected by the epidemic. AFC coordinates services for people living with HIV/AIDS in the greater Chicagoland area, advocates on behalf of those living with and affected by HIV/AIDS, and raises funds to help provide essential services to people living with HIV/AIDS. Services provided with this funds include housing and food assistance, transportation to medical appointments, and other basic living needs assistance.
