Description & History

Climate Cycle's mission is to inspire student to green our world.

In the past two years combined, 900 participants have raised $175,000, which enabled Climate Cycle to put solar into 10 schools and seed 15 environmental projects such as schools garden, bike clubs, and outdoor education excursions.

As a participant in the Ride to Recharge, one chooses between a 4, 10, 20, 62, and 125 (two-day) mile route along the lakefront path. You’ll get your own personal fund-raising page to garner donations among your family and friends. On ride day, we’ll join people from all walks of life who are committed to helping schools go solar! The day concludes with post-ride celebration with food, music, entertainment, and green-minded exhibitors.

The Ride to Recharge is an enjoyable way to give back to the community and help the youth go green at the same time!
